Do you have a great pitch idea, or a piece of content that you’d love for us to share? We now accept content on a case-by-case basis, if the content fits in with the topics we write about.
So if you have an idea for an article that is engaging, creative and interesting and you’d like to write for us, we’d love to hear from you. We don’t pay freelancers, but we’re more than happy to publish your articles with full credit.

What are our guidelines?
When you contribute an article, there are some general guidelines and rules to follow.
The article must:
- Be error free
- Contain at least 700 words
- Be broken into easy-to-read paragraphs with relevant subheadings
- Be completely unique and not published elsewhere on the web
- Cover an interesting topic that hasn’t previously been discussed Speaking of Housing
- Contain sources where data or research findings are mentioned
- Score lower than 70% in an AI checker.
Links will be placed in your author bio, and you can have up to two links here, so choose wisely! They could go to social media profiles, Wikipedia pages or a website.
We have the right to change or amend the title to suit our site and will choose free stock images, unless you have any you want us to include.
How do I contribute an article?
If you have an idea or an article for us to publish, then email us at contribute@speakingofhousing.com and one of our team members will get back to you. Please include your full name and a sample of the content if it’s already written.
